Starting a Return
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email helpteam@pekira.de with your order number and a brief explanation. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Requirements for Returns
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these standards may be rejected.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–14 business days. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please specify this when contacting helpteam@pekira.de. Exchanges are subject to availability and follow the same return conditions.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund does not appear after the expected timeframe, first check with your payment provider. If the issue persists, contact helpteam@pekira.de and we will assist you promptly.
